Young people are exposed to a wide array of apps that promise to help them manage their emotional and mental wellbeing but we know little about how young people use these apps and whether or not they are helpful. This research explores young people’s  everyday use of apps and other digital resources for coping mental health, with the aim of providing strategies for making the most beneficial use of digital mental health resources in the future.
